The triple Mag retention insert combines the excellent retention capabilities of elastic with the added security of a pull tab for us on airborne operations.
With 3 x compartments that fit standard steel mags or PMAGS, hook velcro on the front and back allows the insert to be fastened in either the front/rear pouch of the M.M.C.R or one in each allowing you up to 6 mags.
